PASS PAW is a website concept for a service that helps pet owners arrange health certificates for travelling abroad with their animals.

I designed desktop and mobile layouts that introduce the service and explain the process in three steps: choosing a destination, uploading pet records, and arranging an at-home appointment. Clear calls to action provide routes to ordering and learning how the service works.

A soft neutral palette, dark green accents, and character illustrations give the website a warm, approachable identity. The project explores how illustration can support service information, making each stage more tangible and easy to follow.
